How can I place an order?
At AnneMarie Wedding Favors, we currently accept only orders that are placed online via our website. We do not accept phone orders. However, if you have any questions about our products or services, please feel free to contact one of our friendly Customer Service Reps online through our "Live Chat" feature, or call 1-866-860-0814, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Our minimum order amounts vary according to the item(s). You can find detailed information about minimum orders on each product's individual page.
Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax for orders that are shipped within the states of Missouri and Illinois.
What forms of payment do you accept?
At AnneMarie Wedding Favors, we accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. You can safely use your PayPal account, or your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit or debit card on our secure site.
Do you have any samples available?
At this time, we do not offer any samples of our products. However, many of our favors can be purchased with low minimum orders.
Is my "Free" gift really free?
Absolutely! For every order you place with AnneMarie Wedding Favors, we'll send you a free gift separately from your order, with no additional shipping charges to you.
This free memento keepsake is our way of saying "Thank you" for allowing us to be part of your special day. We know you have a lot of options when it comes to your wedding favors, and we're honored that you've chosen us!
Do you work with any vendors?
We do partner with vendors in order to provide a variety of quality favors and accessories. Some of our vendors are Elegance by Carbonneau and FashionCraft.
Do you ship orders internationally?
At this time, AnneMarie Wedding Favors can only ship orders within the United States.
Order Tracking and Updates
How will I know that you've received my order?
When you complete your order on our website, you'll immediately receive an email confirming our receipt, which will contain the details of your order. Please review this confirmation email completely and ensure that your order is correct. You will receive a second email when your order is shipped that will provide you with tracking information.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email confirmation to notify you of the shipment. This email will contain a UPS tracking number. You can track your order directly at www.ups.com with the tracking number we send you.
Alternately, you can track your order directly on our website-either by clicking on "order status" or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your order and your status request. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for email responses.
Can I make changes or cancel my order after it's been placed?
We want to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely fashion, so all orders are processed as soon as they're placed. While we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations, we cannot guarantee they will be made once the order has been confirmed.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of our orders are processed within 2 to 3 days of receipt, and may take 5 to 7 days for customized items. This does not include the shipping time for the order. Depending on the type of shipping you select (such as Ground or Overnight), please allow additional shipping time to receive your order. Please note that listed processing and shipping days for both AnneMarie Wedding Favors and UPS are business days, and do not include weekends or holidays.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 5 business days. If your order includes a wedding kit or personalized items, they will be shipped in approximately 2 to 3 weeks from receipt. When your order is shipped, we'll send you an email confirmation that includes the UPS tracking number for your package(s).
There are three ways you can track your order:
Enter the tracking number from your confirmation email directly at www.ups.com
Go to our website and click on "order status," and fill in the requested information
Email us at email@example.com regarding the status of your order. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for email responses.
Do you ship to post office (P.O.) boxes?
AnneMarie Wedding Favors ships orders via UPS, a service that does not deliver to P.O. boxes. You'll need to provide us with a physical street address to receive your order.
How are shipping and handling fees calculated?
Our shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process according to current UPS rates, which are based on package weight, dimensions, and shipping destination. A handling fee is also added to each order.
What shipping options do you offer?
Through UPS, AnneMarie Wedding Favors offers a variety of shipping options for your convenience. You can choose standard ground shipping, 3-day guaranteed delivery, 2-day guaranteed delivery, or overnight delivery. Shipping rates vary for each option.
My order contains multiple items. Will they ship together or separately?
In order to continue offering you a vast and unique selection of items, we may ship some items separately to ensure prompt delivery. You will not be charged separately for each package-at the time of checkout, a single shipping charge will be billed.
What if my items are on backorder?
If your item is on backorder and you have placed orders for multiple items, we may hold your order until the backordered item is restocked, so we can ship the order in its entirety.
Returns, Exchanges, and Damaged Items

What items can be returned?
We accept non-personalized items for return, with exclusions as detailed below. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, and must be in their original condition and packaging.
In order to process a return, we'll need you to provide us with the following information: name, email address, telephone number, order number, and the reason for your return.
Our return policy applies to complete orders only. We are unable to accept returns on individual pieces or partial orders.
Please note: No credit will be given for lost return packages and nonreturnable items. Items that are nonreturnable that are sent to us, will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to the account. Please also read our policy and timeframes below regarding damaged/defective and incorrect personalized items.
What items can't be returned?
Items that cannot be returned to AnneMarie Wedding Favors include:
- Monogrammed and personalized items
- Sale items and promotional items
- Accessory items
- Perishable items (food or beverage, lotion, bath gel, soap, lip balm)
- Gifts with purchases
- Clothing and Shoes

How can I return items?
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please call us at 1-866-860-0184, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will gladly provide you with detailed instructions for returning your order.
How are returns processed?
Once we receive your return package and inspect the items, we'll email you a confirmation with your credit total. You will be credited for the value of the merchandise, excluding shipping and handling. In the event of a price change prior to your return, we will apply the price that was in effect at the time of your purchase to your return.
Your return credit will be issued through the original form of payment used, within 5 to 7 business days. Please allow sufficient time for your banking institution to process the return credit.
Important note: No credit will be issued for lost return packages or nonreturnable items. Any nonreturnable items that we receive will not be shipped back, and will not be credited to your account.
What if my item(s) are damaged or defective?
At AnneMarie Wedding Favors, we strive to ensure that each item is packaged carefully for shipment. However, we understand that damages may sometimes occur during transit.
If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
In order to send you replacement items, we will need the following information: name, email address, telephone number, order number, the nature of the issue, the exact number of replacements you need, and when they are needed. We also require digital photos of the damaged items.
AnneMarie Wedding Favors will cover the costs of shipping and handling your replacement items.
What if my personalized item(s) are printed incorrectly?
We apply text to personalized items exactly as it is provided on our website when your order is placed. It is important to carefully review your personalized text before you complete your order.
If we've made an error in printing your personalized item(s), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your items.
In order to send you corrected replacement items, we will need the following information: name, email address, telephone number, order number, the nature of the issue, the exact number of revised replacements you need, and when they are needed. We also require copies of the labels or digital photos of the incorrect items.
AnneMarie Wedding Favors will cover the costs of shipping and handling your revised replacement items.
Will my credit card information be safe on your site?
All personal information you provide to AnneMarie Wedding Favors, including credit card information, is protected securely using an encryption technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL encryption prevents your data from being intercepted and read as it is sent over the Internet, and then stored in restricted-access computers located at restricted-access sites.
Additionally, we use Norton Security by Symantec as an additional layer of security to protect you and your information while you access our Services. Symantec performs daily scans of our website for vulnerabilities, preventing hackers and malicious scripts from getting through.
We make every effort to ensure the security and integrity of our network and systems, and prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of your private data. For your protection, AnneMarie Wedding Favors complies fully with the requirements and regulations of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
